Paypal asking for Tax number [Stealth Account]

This is my stealth account. Do I have to comply? If I provide my SS, will the account get linked? I'm Canadian btw, but sells on US ebay site.

If you don’t comply they will lock the account.

How do you have SSN if you are Canadian? Joint citizenship? If so, get an EIN.

I do have my SS but, I'm worried if I provide it, it will get linked to my other account.

Sorry I was not clear on my previous post. The account is Canadian account. However, I do sell on eBay.com maybe that's why I received the email from paypal.
