Withdrawing/Moving money from PayPal

Hello, i am a new member on this forums as you see. I live in Albania and can't get an US bank account. Max I can do is get an Italian one.

I need some advise if its possible. First of all let me tell you that i want to sell on eBay windows keys. I have my sources and i can get windows keys and have/get eBay accounts.

My problem is PayPal. I can create different stealth accounts on PayPal but it gets difficult to withdraw the money from them so my question is:

Can I use the money on stealth account to buy on eBay an item listed from an account link with my real PayPal account? Will i be linked even though i bought something on eBay?

Any idea is very much appreciated on how to move money for non US residents.

I wouldn't bother. You'll be shut down before you even get the chance to move the money out of the Paypal account.

No. You get linked.

You could lose everything including your real paypal.

NEVER do that.

You are selling very risky items OP - as people stated, any sales will cause you issue especially when you try to get the money out

Selling windows keys on eBay is a recipe for disaster. It will not last.

Just because you may see others doing it doesn't mean it will work for you. Good luck even getting One Euro out of your PayPal before it's limited.
