Safe to read gmails on web browser?

Is it safe to read amazon emails on gmail, if not logged onto a good ip? I ask because i tether on a lot of my amazons, and i want to see responses to amazon cases by clicking on the email in gmail. But, i don't want to link my broadband.

As long as you're only viewing the emails within gmail there is no issue.

Make sure to disable external images in the settings just to be organized

Amazon can embed web beacons on images which can track information about you including your local ip, so as Elmo mentioned disable external images so its text only.

I personally only check emails while I am connected to my VPN to make sure I never create an opportunity for error.

i respond to all ebay and amazon messages from an iphone directly from gmail. You can add up to 50 gmails per mobile device.

Gmail hosts everything so your IP does not show.

Member and account seller Play has a link about this in his signature I believe.

It makes responding very easy and no need for Thunderbird or glitches.
