What does Paypal even like for you to sell?

So 1 of my stealth accounts got the ultimate appeal denied perma limited hammer and I can only think it's because of the supplier invoice. Most of time I sell computer parts GPUs, CPUs and gaming software(video games). So I gave them one of my suppliers, I woke up to an appeal denied email . Now I'm wondering since when did they work on saturdays since that was time I sent it in and why perma limit everything in sight. I always had this in my head, what does Paypal even like for you to sell? Cause it seems like even if you had a well-known supplier they would limit you just for the hell of it.

Is it true, you can email their security team aup@paypal multiple times with different pleas to get the account restored?

I sell phones laptops and computer parts. All legit. Only way to avoid this is to spread risk. Makes every account stronger longer lasting and you'll have more of them to fall back on. I guess paypal wants us to sell unbranded socks and pens that there is no demand for at all. The money is too good to not take the risk with paypal. Bol!
