Error making a paypal payment

I tried to make a payment to one of my paypal accounts but I kept getting this message

"
This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions."

I logged into the account, checked seller preferences and all options are open / unchecked, why am I still getting this error?

1. You have to wait a bit more patiently since it was the weekend and people may not reply right away.

2. Does that account have a website? If not - could be a glitch...or could be a limitation coming - time will tell.

3. How often have you made payment to this other pp account of yours?

OP is trying to make payments between his paypal accounts so...he has control of the settings phaz....

Yes, it was a limitation coming alright. My account got limited today, would be calling in soon. Looks like paypal have gone crazy, they limit randomly now. Why is it happening like this now?
