I added EIN instead of SSN before but now they ask again

I added EIN (according to guide)instead of SSN before but now they ask again.
There are two notifications on paypal one is to update tax details and other one to and SSN.
It looks like one of them they accepted and reviewing. But when I try to add EIN to ssn field it says we can't process it now and try later.

I hope account will be fine. But I ve heard that sometimes you have to call or send email to paypal and make up a reason why you can't submit SSN at the moment.


Could you please tell me what I can say to paypal about SSN?

One of the notifications has gone. Which was saying add tax documents or we will limit you. But the other one is still there saying I have to add SSN. Never hear about it. What to doooo?Noooo

and notification which was saying update and prevent acc get limited is gone. But I am afraid to do transactions using this acc. Have you ever had problems like that?
