Not a safe practice - one of the key pillars of stealth is to avoid overlapping IP

depends on so many factors...just try and avoid that,in the case that one goes down,there is a strong likelihood the other will be taking down especially if you made a mistake by logging in with the same browser or you made a transfer between both

I don't think it's a huge factor but try to stay away from it as possible.

Many years ago that's how they linked two of my accounts. I got a notice saying that, and I've had no trouble now that I don't reuse IP's.

You might be ok, but financial organisations use IP as part of their risk assessment. You don't want to wake up one day with 10 emails saying you've been limited. Try to be as fresh as possible.
