Talking Low risk Business model, Tips needed

What would you guys consider a very v low risk business model to bring
to a potential payment gateway provider, i'd rather look at it this way round than profit first.

Obviously something thats tangible over intangible an so boring even your own mother would cry.

I was thinking books? (no offence book sellers) or would second hand books, give a slight red flag..

Tips anyone

What counts more is your website as it's being reviewed. Product has to be legit low risk product of course but the better your website the easier it is to get approved for a merchant account/payment processor.

Super generic non branded items. I would avoid electronics.

Books are not a bad idea, but homeware is usually very safe

You then need to make sure your website is nicely put together as they will review that
