Default Keep getting pp home page when trying to w/d

When I go to my pp home page and click on "transfer to your bank" under account balance it keeps rerouting me to the home page.

When I click on "wallet" then "transfer money" under the balance, then click on "move money out" it re-routes me to the home page as well.

I cannot find a path to the screen where you type the amount you want to withdraw and withdraw it to your bank.

This pp is limited, and I am wondering if they are doing this purposely, or if it is a glitch. The 180 days has not reached yet but I was just checking in on the account and noticed this.

Does anybody know why and if I can get around this?

It will, most likely. Had the same issue a few months ago, except when trying to pay invoices. Waited a few months and it went away.
