Default MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item???

Hey guys I'm selling online membership accounts but I keep getting my listing removed. I've emailed them and this is what I got

============

Quote:
Your listing was removed because it violated the eBay Encouraging
Infringement policy. Listings may not enable, encourage, or instruct
others to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual
property rights.

For more information on this policy, please visit:

Encouraging Infringement Policy

Click the "Show" links for more information about the policy, examples
of listings that are not permitted on eBay, and the reason why eBay has
this policy.

Your listing was also removed because it violated the eBay Digitally
Delivered Goods policy. Materials that are delivered electronically, by
either email or download, can only be listed by the owner of the
intellectual property or by a person authorized by the intellectual
property owner to distribute it.

To comply with this policy, the copyright owner or authorized licensee
must include this information in the listing.

Any tips on how I can continue to list?

'Continue to list?' Yeah, pick something else to sell. If you go on listing & getting the items pulled the account will be suspended.

yeah I lost an account because I was persistent in the belief that I was correct and ebay was wrong with what they told me I was doing wrong.

^^^Is correct. The OP has had problems with these listings since he joined the forum. Better if he tried something else to list

Sell the membership thing from a website off ebay. List on ebay that you have a cd which contains a link to the website. Or a thumb drive. Or a post-it notepad. Or a rock with the site carved in runes. Just don't list the membership on ebay.

Or you could try selling your memberships under another account. That should work for a while then when it starts getting MC019 switch account again, ad nauseam...

It is if you don't mind all of the accounts being linked. If one gets suspended they all will. In your situation it would be better to keep the accounts separate. Which would mean separate user accounts and each ebay, have it's own Paypal.

^^^Agree with lakeman. Because this item is giving so many problems, keep everything separate. Don't risk any linking.

re-list it without the sensitive word like "online" might work and list with shipping fees
