Can I start receiving payments on Paypal right away?

It is mentioned in the guide that you have to wait 30-60 days before listing items on new eBay accounts and progressing slowly but what about Paypal?

Can I start receiving payments right away after making a verified account?
Are there any limits that will trigger a review on a new account?
Do they review the first transactions and their nature?
Say if I make a 20$ sale on Bonanza every day, would this be a problem?

Ive been searching for information about this and cant find anything anywhere. Id really appreaciate some help.

You can, but the should be smallish and from low risk items.

Lot of questions OP - a lot depends on what you are selling, avoid high risk items. Yes, transactions and their nature can be potentially reviewed.

Start small, low risk and assume that transaction WILL be reviewed to see if you're inline with PayPal terms and conditions. If you pass that start increasing transactions SLOWLY.

The important thing is not to skyrocket sales unless you're ready to provide docs to overcome any account limits. Slow and steady wins.

One more question regarding this topic:
Are sale transcactions reviewed separately from purchase transcactions?

For example, I have made 10 payments for items I've purchased the past 2 months, but never sold anything. If I make a sale, will this transaction be reviewed as the first or it will just blend with the others and counted as part of that pattern?
