PayPal Address Help

Hey there, I was wondering if I used my real address, which has been banned on numerous PayPal Accounts, but with a completely different identity.

I have bought a new laptop, got another address (Which has been banned by pp) and installed new internet, changing the IP completely, and I would use my real address, but a different First and Last name.

Would this work as I feel PayPal wouldn't know if someone else would have moved in, or if I would have sold the house.

However my dad has an account under this address which has been running for over 14 years. Not ever had a limitation, not sure why.

Would using a different First name and Surname work?

Try and see. When I moved into the new shop we found out the hard way but I never suspected I shouldn't use our new address but after mentioning it to the previous owners they said it also happened to them.
They assume it began with the tenants they procured the suite from.
