I received the email my funds were elgible for withdrawl. I already had a bank account ready and added and confirmed. I went to withdraw the amount less then $900 , i tried with $10 for the first withdrawal but get the error "were sorry, we cannot process your transaction at this time please try again later"
So I tried this on another one of my stealth accounts that was also post 180 days, were I can only withdraw 1000$/mo so I went to withdraw (mind you ive already withdrawn 1000 from this account a month ago, and got the same error from paypal. are they trying to keep my money?! geez ive never had issues withdrawing after 180 days before..

Could be related to the TOS update that went into effect last month. I don't really know. Someone else made a thread identical to yours this morning. Seems like this is becoming common.

I had the same issue, and I have two US PayPal accounts and im login them both from a VPN service, when I talk to PayPal they said its because im login from a VPN service and ask me to try after 72 hours using a regular internet connection inside US without using any VPN.
I really need to fix this issue ASAP

That mean there is nothing to do with the VPN connection, it might be a technical issue of their own, better to wait sometime and try again.
One PayPal customer care lady told that they cannot even see the error message we see, they said all are good Quote:

yep i think they are doing that on purpose. They permanent limited me yesterday with 4k in it. So got my lawyer to write a letter, so they let me withdraw money out but had this same error. So supervisor did manual transfer. Problem solved!

Well one account got the funds released by calling them. Said it was past the 180 days and I wanted to transfer my money. I had to speak with a supervisor and after the usual, they did a Manual transfer which they said was still subject to a 48 hour review before being released. We will see.
