Did you find out about this? I'm having the same issue. I transfered money to my daughter account and now she can't transfer it to her bank account. She gets the same message:"Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later."

I presume she withdrew as soon as it hit her account. I'd wait a few days before trying to initiate a withdrawal.

You just need to wait 3 days and it goes away. Also never withdraw the full amount do 90%/ 80%

You need to withdraw smaller amounts first with new accounts
