What paypal can see when i call them?

I need to call Paypal for problems at my paypal stealth account. When i call them, they can see my telephone number or they memorize it? (i'm in Italy)

They can see the number, most cases they probably don't give a damn. I've called ebay with my real cellphone on a stealth account, they didn't even care.
