180 passed, cannot add VCC. Want to call PayPal with different number.

180 passed and got email that Im eligible to withdraw funds (Stealth account).
Tried to add VCC to my account and got this error:
"Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem."

I think I need to call PayPal. I don't have old number with me. Can I call with new number?

You could call with a new number, but they'll try to verify your old number and other info.

You have a bank account attached to it? BEcause that's what you use to withdraww

Of course you should calll, had the same situation after half a year jail, i called from one different phone-number about withdraw from my few stealthaccs. And everything fine
But you probably should link your BA not VCC
