Hello everyone. I'm a complete novice to this site and stealthing in general so if anyone can help me with my questions [ of which I have plenty ] that would be much appreciated . I just don't know where to start just yet.

Can anyone direct me to a thread about Ebay 'Below Standard' information as I'm not strictly speaking suspended in the traditional sense of receiving an email from Ebay etc.
Basically , I would like to know if it would be possible for me to open a brand new Ebay and Paypal account using my housemates name as he has kindly gave me permission to use his details . The only thing we would have in common would be the IP address . So I would be creating a new Ebay account in his name, new PayPal and his bank details all from my computer . Would this be a problem or not since I'm not strictly speaking suspended by Ebay .

Leave your housmate alone and make account using random name. Address issue can be solved too and please please do not use his bank account or any other personal details.
Ip shall be different between accounts. Get access to the internet tethering your phone or get anoter (private) internet connection.
