my story is short, a member of ebay since 2008, I used my account to buy sporadically, but a little over two years ago, I started selling items on ebay as a way to have an additional income to be able to withstand the Venezuelan crisis, all normal , tried to comply fully with the commitments and conditions of ebay, handled all issues with benefits to buyers to avoid problems.
I began to sell a product that suddenly became my flagship product, 50 to 80 orders per week, translated to 800usd a week, suddenly for you in your countries with more economic power this is nothing, but believe me, they helped me a lot.
I sent my shipments by Fedex, one good day I sent 50 orders. 48 hours later I realized that the packages had left my country yet, so I went to a fedex to ask and I made a transfer that within 24 hours the authorities of my country put a restriction on the fedex by lack of renewal of permit to operate, and no flight was going to resolve the situation, a week later, permits will be allowed for the weekly flight, my delivery time of 5-7 days will be transformed into 21 to 25 days for these 50 packages. At that time also my father enters a state of serious hospitalization and diagnosed with cancer, I had to take care of him for 15 days in a clinic, time in which I neglected a little of my problem with ebay.
In spite of maintaining communication with the buyers explaining the situation, I began to receive multiple requests, I did not want to return so much money and what I did was explain what happened asking patience to the buyers but this did not give good forecasts, ebay blocked the account with the code MC011, until this was resolved, asking me to reimburse all the requests and present some additional documentation such as invoices and air waybills, under the promise of unlocking once I complied with these demands, agreed to make each of the refunds, leaving the clients will keep the article and the money, present the documentation and after a week of waiting, they tell me that they have decided to block my account forever. a cruel and unjust decision.
I have many doubts, they know that living in my country is not easy, much less selling on ebay. we have obstacles of all kinds, in spite of being Venezuelan (that we are not well seen in many countries, the fault of some countrymen, we are still good people) I expect from you a support, a push, and a hand on the shoulder that supports me to move forward and return to get up
I am super sad, devastated, anguished, my second income is completely over and above I have a financial need worrying about my father's illness, in a country where nothing vital is achieved. With the expenses I am already almost bankrupt, with much despair I am placing my hopes on all the good things I can learn and achieve in this forum.
