Hey guys, just wondering can eBay still take there fee from a papal if its a new account and on the 21 day hold ??

If it's on hold it won't be paid. You'll have to pay another way for now.

Suggest you pay with a gift card prior to eb TRYING to dip into this pp resulting in payment failure
