 Need some help with this paypal account!
ok, so I'm new to this forum.
I was permanently limited by paypal 5 yrs ago. for a pretty dumb reason i think. basically one of my former roommates ended up getting on my personal computer and he ended up buying something that apparently violated the terms of use policy. I had the computer rigged up so that my account and pwd would auto input when on paypal. He was not authorized to use my PC by the way. it was in my room. for ****s sake.
anyways a yr later I'm @ walmart using the ppl debit card linked to my bank account. I used it like 4 times that day. then the next day I am hit with this email stating that my account has been permanently limited for that reason. IDk what the hell they were talking about. I had to backtrack and find **** out about my roomate using my pc. apparently they used it alot. So I kicked all 3 out of my house. Pissed off at the time.
But I really think it has something to do with the ppl debit card I was using. IDK. maybe just a coincidence.
I make my cash primarily online and have a healthy amount of subs on youtube, twitter, insta, facebook, and a few other sites.
Basically I'm wondering if It would be worth it to attempt to reactivate the account. I heard ppl hates bad pr. I could make a video or talk about it on twitter or insta. In fact i have heard of a few people that have done this and have gotten their account reactivated.
Have been using other ppl accounts so far but just wondering if there is a chance that ppl might change their mind. 5yrs later. never know.
What is your opinion on this situation?
