There are not many solution here. The best is pay the supplier with another paypal acc and then try to get the first reinstated. The other option is to refund the buyer, but limitation will persist. Then call customer care and tell the customer was refunded, they probably will renew your limitation removing tracking number request.

Would it work if I use tracking ids of some other order? I actually have 2 out of 5 tracking ids would it work to ask them if 2 are enough
