My paypal account got Permanently limited about 2 weeks ago, i have no made a new one , however i just recieved this email today from service@paypal.com .

when logging into my account i do not see such case . i will go ahead and give them a call on monday or tommorow morning i guess and see what its about.

yea the links seem legit and when i click on the email it looks fine too. i will give them a call , my account is already limited prior to this so i have no clue when they are sending me a double limitation.

Looks real.
The fact they have your real name is usually a good sign it is.
But the best way to find out is to just login to your account and see for yourself. Just don't login using any links in the email.

Then there's no point to call them anyways.

The double email is pretty normal too.

Yes its already limited , i guess i wont call them no reason in them looking more into me for no reason
