Default New paypal policy bull, yet another reason not to use them

Now paypal says this

You have chosen to escalate your dispute to a PayPal claim. By ending
communication with the seller, you are asking PayPal to investigate the
case and decide the outcome. As part of our investigation, PayPal reviewed
any communication you may have had in the Resolution Center.

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund.

SO now they wont cover anything you buy as long as the seller send you something.I just put in a claim for a bad part being not as described ,they automatically close the dispute and sent this.I guess this is good when we sell,It looks like it would end alot of claims on us when we sell but it sure sucks for us when we buy and get sent junk.

Ok just got off the phone with them. Its only when you buy something off ebay that you arent covered if they send you a bad item. They only cover no receipt. They sure do push ebay on the customer service line. I told the guy I was going to quit using paypal and they should put in there buyer protection statement that it should say protection only when purchased on ebay.He looked to see that I had an account with them since 2000 and gave me a courtesy credit. It was only 75 bux but I cant believe I got anything out of them.I plan to stop using them all together, way too many problems.
