 Need fully verified paypal for ecommerce shop
Hello,
I have a ecommerce website and i want to implement paypal payment buttons, i read that i will need a premier or business account in order to be able to create those buttons. It seams that the sellers on here advertising a fully verified paypals with all limits removed but when asked nobody has one. Anyone can reccomend me someone that sells fully verified business or premier paypal accounts with all limits removed?
