 Ets suspend due the counterfeit
Hi everyone
My stealth ets suspend counterfeit selling (i get a notification then removed items but closed anyway) 
if the open new one I will not sell any more counterfeit
My questions
1. can I open new acct these days or need to wait?
2.If open how many days I have to wait to list more items?
3. What will be with EIN of the closed acct?
4. can my closed acct end up with jail situation or whats a process?
sales were not too much 250items and nearly 5k
