PayPal and the Documents

Hey,

it seems that since some time PayPal has changed something in their System to Control the documents.

In the past I've had no Problems to send them docs to get my Money out after 180 days.

Put now they dont accept Nothing!


Does anybody have the same Problems?


Talking about german PayPal.

Hello i was wondering if you can help me. 6 months ago my paypal account got limited and was frozen for 180 days. 4 weeks ago i have received a reply from paypal that next week my paypal will be available for withdrawing but need to give them any ID Proof and Proof of address. Today i have received this e-mail from paypal. They want copy of passport and bank statement endIng xxx which i dont have anymore... I dont have passport, paypal is not in my real name, It is stealth paypal but i have Only driving licence and utility bills... what should i do? I just wanted to ask thank you

Please be advised that you may withdraw your funds once 180 days are passed since the last payment received, which in your case will be the 1st of July 2018.

However, in order for you to get access to funds, you need to provide a valid proof of ID (copy of passport) and valid bank statement for bank account ending in xxxx.

You can upload them to the case PP-006-512-786-198 through the Resolution Centre, or if you struggle to upload documents, please use the following link: www.paypal.com/il/uploaddoc

What is a valid proof of identity?

We accept a copy of:
- Your ID card
- Your driving licence (the plastic card, not the official letter)
- Your Passport
- Other photo ID that was issued by a government body.

- Date of birth
- Date of issue and expiry
- Document ID Number.

Note: The document needs to be fully visible. Partial documents cannot be accepted as a valid proof of identity.

- Utility bills (phone and broadband services, health insurance, gas, water, electricity, etc.)
- Bank or credit card statements

- Your printed payslip.

We do not accept:
- Invoices
- Partial Documents.

Please note: The document must show your full name and address as registered on the PayPal account. The document cannot be older than 12 months and should be fully legible.

yes thats more or less the same i receive on my german accounts.

It seems that PayPal wont accept anymore ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents.

So hard times will come for us!

yeah, and I have a lot of Stealth PayPals with Money in it …. thats a big Punch in my face amigos.

Yes they can, because they "Need" to verify your identity.

And with Stealth accounts you can only send them ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents …

WHAT if i will not give them passport as i have Only driving licence and what if my bank account they want bank statement i dont have anymore?? Will they accept my new bank account and statement or other utility bills??

But i have already gave them my identity 1 year and 5 months Ago and was selling again but something has happened 1 crazy buyer and account was frozen for 180 days ..... and after 180 days they want to check my identity again .. i dont really understand this
