A lot of the VPN connections sold as dedicated Fresh IP's are colocrossing or sharktech datacenter IP's. VPN companies rent servers from those two a lot. It's never been an issue for me but several of my VPN's show one of those two companies in the IP details. They're "clean" but easily detectable.
Just something to be aware of if you're concerned about VPN IPs.

You need to choose your proxy/vpn provider carefully. Firstly i'd recommend a VPN over proxy. Secondly, for VPN i'd recommend you check out IP Burger. They work.
Difference between IPBurger and a lot of other companies is that with IPBurger, we test IPs to see if it's blacklisted or not (if it is we don't use it); 2nd once a Fresh IP address is used we don't use it again as 'Fresh', it goes to 'dedicated'. After used as dedicated it goes to 'shared'. Also you're the only person using that IP. It's not being used with hundreds of other customers (it's only you); other companies give you a Dedicated IP but it's currently being used by hundreds of other customers and reused. That causes it to be blacklisted quickly.
