paypal put my account on limited bc had to many disputes with stuff i bought on line and i talked to them about getting it off limted and they said i they can't bc of their policy want to stop paying pay pal since i can't use it anymore can they sue me? i have 5 other credits i pay on that i use i only get so much money a month. i did close these disptues and still they won't take it off limited.

Not sure what your query is, are you are buyer or seller? Sounds like you're a buyer having issues with too many disputes opened for items you purchased.
