Suspended then got this email from Ebay?
I have asked numerous people at Ebay about having my account reinstated. All said no. Emailed customer services, they said no. Got an email yesterday that I didn't see until today saying this:
Thank you for getting back to us. I understand how important for you to have this matter sorted. Let me assist you with your question about lifting your account from restriction.
I really appreciate your eagerness to sell more items on our site. eBay is invested in you as a seller and we’re always happy to figure out the best way to make you the most successful, while maintaining a happy balance between safety and success.
I recommend that you get in touch with our Live Help Team regarding your restriction. In this way, you and my colleague can have a discussion on how to grow your business, talk about what are your preferences, business strategies, how to get more selling allowance and how to have successful transactions.
Here are the steps as a guide on how you can contact them:
1. Click on "Help and Contact" at the top of most eBay pages.
2. Scroll down then click on "Managing your account".
3. Scroll down then click on "Account holds, restrictions, and suspensions.
4. At the bottom part of the page click "Call Us" to get the phone number.
For future reference, to reach our Account Security Team, here’s our phone number: 0345 359 3229.
Rest assured that our colleagues will do their best to assist you to get your account fully reviewed. I just need you to get in touch with them as they have the right tools for investigations and next steps. Also, I want you to get the best and the right assistance that you deserve.
I am looking forward for the reinstatement of your account and hoping that the review and investigation will be successful and of your favour, also, we're looking forward for your call so we can resolve this the soonest.
Kind regards,
Jose T.
