Does seller support work on weekends?
Hello,
I just signed up for a sellers account. I got a bit confused when signing up and put my business name as my intials, but i changed it to my legal name after. Anyways, i got an automatic email from amazon saying they need utility bills(i don’t have one in my name) business license(if applicable) and invoices. I wrote them 3 days ago, but no response. Should i open a new ticket? OR will they eventually get to me. Maybe i’m being impatient.
My friend who sells on amazon opened up sellers account and they asked if for his bank information not a utility bill. Can anyone clear up why im getting asked this.
