All my PayPal accounts limited after 2nd payment!

For the last couple months every single new Paypal account that I have is automatically getting limited either right after I receive the 2nd payment or a couple weeks after the first payment before I even receive the second payment. Has anyone experienced this?

Havnt seen anything like that.
Theyre linking your accounts somehow and shutting them down.
There must be a pattern youre repeating when operating your accounts. No way to know what that pattern is without a lot more info though.

Yes there was a thread about this a few months ago, but I can't recall a cause or solution. I would imagine it could be the accounts are brand new or an IP related issue

What are you using for an IP? How are you keeping cookies separate?

OP you may want to consider writing up ALL your setup process for proper analysis

a few years ago I sold a household/home goods item and this was pretty common if I listed more than one of them. My guess is that it is the exact items you are selling.

You might want to check your images, item titles, shipping costs, return policy, ship from address if all accounts sold the same item.

I'm tethering with my phone through Verizon, and I have a seperate user account for each Paypal account.
