Default PayPal buyer protection fair usage policies

I wonder if someone knows about how friendly PayPal is about refunding people? I mean, if someone suddenly decides he wants a refund for, say, 5 expensive items, would PP still side with the buyer? For example, in my past experience, when I tried to open 3 disputes that were about 5k in total from a very old, legit and real account - I was instantly permlimited. Maybe someone had the same experience?

That honestly isnt really 'fair' in their eyes.
You are costing them money and look like are trying to get something for free. if the claims were legit or not (Not accusing at all, just the way they would see it) .

It also depends on the age of the account and how much money is passing through said accounts.

It looks very suspicious IMHO.

It is not me as a buyer, I sold several expensive items from several stealth accounts (1 item per account), and now got return requests for all of them, as buyer decided to play games. So, I would like to see what will happen.
