is it normal that when I tried to transfer money from my bank account to my paypal money was taken out of my bank account but not arrived on paypal and it says its still pending its been like1 or 2 days now

Yes, because it needs to reach PayPal first, then they credit your PayPal account.

P.S. Doing this reveals the name on the bank to PayPal. if it doesn't match with your stealth PP (presumably it wont), it can cause issues later on down the line.

why are you trying to do this. If you have funds that need to be paid that aren't covered by your balance then prepaid cards might be your bets bet to not cause account mismatch
