Cannot send payments from my funds option not available

Hi, something strange.
PayPal does not show the option i can send payments from my funds.
Just creditcard.
Super strange!

That's happening to some accounts. The only way that you'd be able to send the balance is by verifying your tax info. I suspect that paypal won't allow you to use your balance to make a purchase. I have a similar account and can only withdraw funds to my bank account.

Sounds like part of the update from back in April. They said very specifically if they can not verify you that you can only withdraw funds.

If its tax related you may need to give them the updated info, or if you don't have anything, you can try waiting until Jan 1 2019, as I've seen it sometimes re-set the tax date/requirements

Its a 3 month old account. Fully verified .. Yes i can only click claim it.
account has 25 usd. I guess i throw it away haha

yepp just one of all i have lucky. i guess i run with california accounts dont have any issues there
