No withdrawal after 180 days (asking for SSID)

Hello,

some months ago my stealth account was limited.

Now eligible for withdrawing (after 180 days).

Setup:
- verified
- LUX Paypal with UK ID.

Now I cannot add a bank account to withdraw the money.
Error message:
Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later

Yesterday I phoned the Customer Support. Now they are asking me for my Social Security ID. I need to upload this at first.

Any idea how to skip this? I have read something about changing the mail adresse and reidentify...

If you don't have a social, give them a believable story on why you don't.

It sounds like the account is flagged for high risk

You can't change email, you can't reidentify. You must provide this document. No other way. Hire painter, pay money for document. If you fail this money will be held forever.
