Hello from Bulgaria

Hello everybody,


I am seller on eBay since 1999, but not very active.
I sell antiques and collectables, last few years only ocassionaly,
without any troubles till last month, when I pushed the volume.

A couple of disputes poped up
for late delivery/ item not received, paypal witholding amounts.
I've allways been genuine, so it hurts, but no one to blame,
wrong choises of postal products. I am dealing so far.

A friend here in Bulgaria asked me to set him new eBay account
( he already made himself a prepaid Visa and Paypal, linked to it)
He mumbled something about 10 items per month, linking IP to
account...I had no idea whats going on on the planet Earth...

When somebody has time, a basic question

1 person, 1 email, 1 credit card = 1 ebay ID + 1 PP account ?
Is it the rule or more variations are possible?
(They don't talk bank accounts here , besides the ones
connected with the cards.)

Welcome to the forums. Yes 1 for each combination is good to keep things separate. Also different address.

Try not to get your friend involved too much - quite a few horror stories with other people involvement
