Eventually, the outcome will be the buyer sending the package to your pp address with tracking and the buyer gets their money back. Hope they send the right package back.

im assuming this was an outside of ebay transaction.. SNAD's are a not covered by these type of transactions. They wont hold any money... basically you win.. just make sure you dont have any other disputes as it could lead to a limitation
