Hello, few days ago I received notification an performance notification that says

Your amazon.com selling privileges have been removed

Funds will not be transferred to you during this review but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.

I also submitted my appeal but I never thought they will hold my money…

I submitted my appeal and basically told them its just competitors and some customers that when they want to return the item they just say its ⊗⊗⊗⊗ so they can get rid of it. It was unprofessional though because like i said i never thought my money will be held.

I have 71 feedbacks and only last feedback is negative which says she/he received wrong item…
%99 of my listings are FBA

Also I had a case associated with this matter

So I have uploaded invoices but the problem is
I had invoice for the only x1.
because x2 and x3 I bought them $ so i can save some money but unfortunately not able to provide invoice for the x2 and x3, I had commercial invoice from him but it was in my email and all the emails that older than several months are getting deleted by the system, i contacted email service and they said they can’t restore deleted emails :frowning:

So I also told them that I am not gonna list this products on Amazon and i removed all these 3 listings from my inventory.

My account is still live and having orders but I just deactivated all my listing because I have around 1.5k-2k orders per month and it is not difficult to get one complaining from about 1500 customers for nothing… Don’t wanted to risk anything.

So my question is,
They are holding around $46000
My account still active but on the seller central it says

Amazon is reviewing your Seller Account. To learn details about this action,

What would be the worst scenario :frowning: ?

I know, my mistake, I should of posted this before I submitted appeal or anything,
They also gave me just 24 hours to take action!!! I was completely confused I did now know what to do.
Even they suspend my account, I can wait up to 90 days but after i read horror stories that people get suspended regarding this matter, they don’t get their money back. its a huge amount of money for me… almost all i have…

I need help :(

The likely scenario, assuming your items are counterfeit, is that you won't be seeing any of your money again.

Dayum!!! that's a lot of money... Why would you have that much money in an account? Did you sell painted lead for gold lol?



First of all, you may need a bit of creativity to get out of this.

From my experience they can never be 100% sure weather the invoices submitted are correct or not. If you don't ship FBA and they don't get hold on your products, they may suspend the account because the invoices look fishy to them.

But since they don't have a 100% proof that your items are counterfeit, they will most likely release the funds after 90 days (often you'll need to be a bit more patient, it can take 120 days).

Listing still active and inventory is not on hold, they are recently in back order due of being sent recently but 32 out of 200 units was available yesterday so i called them back, waiting for the rest :(

is your account status "active"?

Hey guys,
The account is live and able to sale, orders are still coming in everything is fine but funds being held due of account reviewing.I have been selling on Amazon for two years and last payment was almost 2 weeks ago, and all my payments were like 10-20k without any problem. I used to have 20-40k on my account many times.
Last disbursement was on jul 18, around $25k...



This is my current account and my account is not suspended yet but i am thingking it will because of missing invoice for two products out of 3.
But i may able to get invoice from someone on Monday... Not sure.. I feel so sad I mean you guys can feel me little bit, it is almost all I made in this 8 months..

Today I had 0 sales because I deleted all my listing since it is under review I wanna play safe

was Amazon holding a reserve on your Account? Because the balance is greater than the amount of sales in the lat 15 days (especially once we factor in the fees)
In fact if your last disbursement was initiated on July 18th and you stopped selling yesterday, that's only about 8 days worth of sales, so roughly 15k minus fees.
Where does the 47k comes from? Was this account under review at some earlier date? Something is missing here

guys i told u why account is under review it was authenticity complaint

they asked invoice for three product and i uploaded invoice for only one product, another two product i did not have invoice not did not i was not able to find them but trying to do something
account is under review since 3-4 days

Yes but where is the 47k coming from? Between your last disbursement on July 18th and Friday/Saturday (when you closed your listings) it shows your sales were less that that? Rolling reserve?
Does your account have a limit? Were they always holding certain amount of money? That's what we are trying to determine here first

Found this from previous transaction of 25k.
So after disbursement I had left 18.9 k on my bank account
And till now I have like 47.3k on my bank account in 11 days.
it means in 11 days i made i made 27k sales

this is what i found it could be wrong or right, but 27k sales in 11 days? what the...
so it came from the orders, what do u mean where did it come from lol ?

ok, looks like you had a rolling reserve applied to your account.
A rolling reserve is often applied when your account is under review.
Otherwise the entire balance would have been wired to your account and then start over at 0

in your performance notifications, did you receive any other correspondence from seller performance before the one you just posted?

I still did not understand, what does rolling reserve means?
So, I have 47k on my amazon account or it is 47-25k(previous) ?
cuz according to my calculation, the funds i have on amazon is correct

nothing about funds

so, if its about rolling reserve, why would they ask for invoice for three specific product?

WHat do you mean "leave" that much money? Because they auto disburse every 1-2 weeks depending on your cycle and I have not seen a manual request ever work.
