Does seller support work on weekends?

Hello,
I just signed up for a sellers account. I got a bit confused when signing up and put my business name as my intials, but i changed it to my legal name after. Anyways, i got an automatic email from amazon saying they need utility bills(i don’t have one in my name) business license(if applicable) and invoices. I wrote them 3 days ago, but no response. Should i open a new ticket? OR will they eventually get to me. Maybe i’m being impatient.
My friend who sells on amazon opened up sellers account and they asked if for his bank information not a utility bill. Can anyone clear up why im getting asked this.

I wouldn't open a new ticket. Just be patient.

As for working weekends, I know most amazon support staff work weekends, so I cannot imagine seller support being any different. Perhaps fewer than normal, but i'm sure they still work over the weekend.

They work day and night around the clock

The USA branch won't be open in the weekend. It's usually the asian CS that'll answer the phone 24.7

Amazon typically asked for documents from the get go. I kinda like it this way.
But perhaps the name change is what triggers it for them to ask 2 extra pcs of docs.

From the sound of it, it's an ORIGINAL account yes? Not an Amazon Ghost account?

If so, I highly suggest you just give them what they want for this account, BUT use your Amazon Ghost account to navigate and get more experience in operating an account.

This way you have the confidence and experience on what not to do on your precious original account.

Amazons performance team been a little slower this week ,maybe because the holiday

Sometimes its a little slower on weekend to hear back though

i dont think they even work on weekdays after 5-6pm

they're very slow this week , i've opened 2 new accounts and submitted the utility bill to them nearly 5 days ago and sent them a new email to remind them but no response till now .
