Default Several Questions on Hiding from Processor

Hello

I have a product that sells very well on the internet.

BUt I cannot seem to get a merchant processor.

I have been terminated for too many chargebacks, but I know how to fix my model so it will now stay under 2%.

But I cannot get a processor, no matter how hard I try.

I might ahve my girlfriend sign for me, but then it will be difficult because she will also have to set up a corporation.

I would prefer to not go this route.

I have also tried applying with a fresh EIN and corp, but all the banks still seem to know me.

Part of me has also contemplated making ⊗⊗⊗⊗ statements but I fear that they will call to verify them (to the past processor) and then I could get into some trouble.

I am looking for an expert on this as I have many questions. I also often wonder if processors can ever detect this,a nd how they can prove it. I've done it for many years in a row without getting caught, but it is always the chargebacks that seem to trigger a shutdown.

Welcome to the forums.

Honestly, You dont 'hide' from government agencies.
You need to file taxes and if you need to be a 'legit' company you need legit means.

Selling high risk items is another story. Most processors will not want the high chargeback rate, even if you are stealth or legit.

using your girlfriends info will do more harm to HER thus to YOU and could possibly ruin her credit/life over it. And it could even open a can of 'ID theft' so thats a no no.

There are tons of other options to use but a real persons info is NOT recommended.

Perhaps you need to reevaluate your product.

All the best.

What government agencies?

NOt disclosing a website that I sell from to a bank might be against merchant processing rules but its not hiding from a govt agenecy.

I still have a real corporation and do not hide taxes

What other options are there?

I quoting from this statement: I have also tried applying with a fresh EIN and corp, but all the banks still seem to know me.

The banks are considered a government agency and you cannot hide from them when it comes to pushing money through their services

Yes they will know it is you is what I mean

If I was you I would get my strategy straight before I burn another persons account or set up a new company.

Are you selling on your own website?

You could try an offshore processor. Higher processing rates but more lenient regulations.

Merchant account discussions tend to go beyond the scope of the forum and/or what most users here are familiar with. Because of that you may not get the most useful replies.

Make sure you use a reputable processor tho. I got ripped off twice by smaller ones.

Once you burn a processor, they usually won't let you back on.

Of course they know who you are, they ran your identity and you came up as 'hot'.

phaz0rz usually knows everything there is to know about this, if says contact an offshore company, that's probably all you can hope for.
