Default I just want to buy...

I'm not interested in selling again for a while, but I would like to be a buyer again. Can I sign up with just a credit (gift) card with paypal and ebay?

I should also say that I have everything in place to start a new account, except for a new bank account.

setting up to buy again is easy. I wouldn't go through the giftcard scenario for that just get a new debit card or credit card number and run with it.

If you just want to buy, it's not hard. I did it with a po box and a debit card. You should be good to go. It was said on another post somewhere that they leave "buyers" alone.

No they don't. Not unless you have whole new Paypal account.

just got NAru'd. Buyer only. And I was buying up a storm, and paying immediately.Pretty stupid on their part, as I was buying some pricy stuff, in bidding wars.

I guess I should have a little more clear, yes on new accounts. I have 1 new account I just buy from, make sure the info is still different frm your other account that got limited, and you should be fine.
