Transfer form xoom to bank account

Hi guys :
I wanna transfer the money from xoom to my local bank account ,but i dont know is it will be ok? you know i have a stealth US account that without a us bank account. anyone got this?

You need a vba and then add your bank account and do not verify it and withdraw it to your bank account.

i dont think that the US ebay account could add a china bank account,and i dont konw if i use xoom transfer the money from US paypal to china bank will cause the paypal limit.

I don't know how it's even possible to withdrawal to a BA you didn't verify.

On any of my PayPal's, simply adding a bank doesn't mean you are allowed to withdrawal to it until the verification is complete.
