PayPal limited - over $1000 identification

Hello. Been using my stealth account for a bit more than 12 months. Everything ok until recently when PayPal started holding funds from eBay sales. Ended up being around $2000 worth of sales being held until they decided to release it all. That gave me a balance of over $1000 meaning they've limited my account and asking for identification checks. What are my options here? I signed up using my real name but with my last name as my first is it possible to say I made a mistake signing up and upload an ID document to verify my account? eBay is find I'm now a top rated seller so I could ditch PayPal and just use bank deposit as a payment method?

You can say that you made an error but you will have to call and expect to wait 2 hours. Why did you transpose your name? Have you ever had an account previously? You need a payment processor not just bank deposits.

I've had a previous account with my real name that's been linked to a limited account. I just listed an item with a direct bank transfer bascan option and it went through ok
