Not sure if there is a "usual" number that can be given - I have read and heard from ppl who get suspended after 1 and others who have multiple 3+ and still survive
Ill give you an example, had an account, under 1 year old, maybe a bit over, 1 policy violation, it went down. I had an account 6 years old, and nothing happened. I didnt even reply.
So the weird this is I got my 5th warning in 2 days (competitor abusing me)
I got the same email content but the subject says My selling priviliges have been removed.
I got a 2nd email 5 min later from listing report team, it has the subject which mentions a case number which is NOT even in my case log.
Went into my account and I still can sell and create asins...
Wth.
HRMMM.... I think I need to explain what's going on better... let me recollect my mind... unless you guys underdtand what I'm saying
Just understand at the end of the day your dealing with Amazon Software Bots.
Amazon Bots hates new accounts, So any kind of Policy Warning, or Counterfeit claims will automatically flag and kill a new account. I have read they deal with millions of new seller accounts per week. Alot of them are scammers looking to rip off amazon.
Thats why i recommend taking it lite and easy during your first 90 Days.
If you have a well aged account with some decent sales history, 1 or even 4 or 5 warnings won't hurt your account.
If you are able to give Amz any sort of proof that it is a competitor, send it onto them.
Even if no action is taken, you still have a written track record of the case and you will be able to revert to it if the competitor gets more aggresive.
