I cannot pay via PayPal - "we can't complete your purchase..."
Hello!
Since over a month I have problem with PayPal.
Before that I had many PayPal accounts (every of them limited after some time) but error like that never showed up.
What I done:
1. I created new PayPal account from different IP and Virtual Machine.
2. I linked new Credit Card to PayPal and confirmed it.
3. I bought cheap item for $2 and paid successfully via PayPal with that linked Credit Card.
4. I tried to buy $100+ worth item in the same way as 3) and received an information:
"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
4. I tried to buy the same cheap item from 3) and I couldn't for the same reason as 4).
Also I tried firstly buy expensive item but I cannot with the same reason and after that I was also unable to buy cheap item.
When I paying directly from my Credit Card - no problems...
What happens? Somebody know what can I do to pay successfully via PayPal?
