Old Paypal Account Advantages

I have this old Paypal account which I have not used for atleast a couple of years.. Its an old account, year 2010. Do I still need to start low and not accept too much payments? Or an old paypal account can handle volume of payments without getting suddenly limited?

Youll still have to ramp it up slowly.

If there is no activity then its a new account in PayPals eyes so treat it like that
