Withdrawal to card

I want to withdraw EU paypal fund to card, do you think if there is any good suggestion for which card is the best and safe? Thank you in advance.

Do you mean the instant withdrawal they have from PayPal balance to card? I can't speak for international usage but it's real finicky in the U.S. All the details need to be 100% the same.

That is not correct, I have two stealth paypals that I withdraw to my debit card and the debit cards are of course in my name. Regions Bank.
