PayPal medium limit

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if it's normal but I've been asked for an ID and proof of Address on paypal which is all good as I provided them with the correct documents but it's been 1 week and there's just more money coming into the account and still no reply back from them. Would be great if anyone could advice me on this and tell me about there experience about whether it should be taking this long or not.

Usually takes 2 working days for them to reply maybe try to ring them?

Well I tried 4 times and got permanently limited every time lol

If you provide every thing correct then you have to wait for it otherwise call them on their helpline they will do fast and even sometime they unlimit account on the spot

Do they have live chat support for the UK? If so, I'd use that.
