it used to be OK to send money to NON-Existed PayPal account or let's say to an email address and the receiver will get an email telling him to open PayPal account etc .

for the last week or so i'm getting an error from PayPal whenever i try to send money to an email address that has no PayPal account yet . it maybe my account only has this problem

it would be great if you guys try this out and let me know here if that works from your account .

you don't have to send anything just write down any ⊗⊗⊗⊗ email and see if you get the final review screen from PayPal . please try a number above 400$

10 test from 10 guys would be great to show if that problem happen to many people or not

There is far more that goes into whether PP agrees to advance to another payment screen besides validity of the email.

Strength of sender account is more important.

Yes, it still will allow you to do this, although I have seen them ask for receiver country also.

You can send a payment to any email address whether it is linked to a Paypal account or not.
