Paypal transfer to debit card denied

I have been running into an issue, every time I try and transfer over to my debit card this always comes up

"Transfer using card - Denied" and it does not explain why it happens

What bank is the debit card from? Is it a real bank account?

It is a real debit from wells fargos
My guess is that my paypal name is different than the one on my card
and the address is on my pp is different as well

Hav you tried just withdraing straight to the bank account on file?

The card has to match the name on the account. No mismatch name transfers
